SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME

Orders are typically processed to be shipped in 2-4 days and then shipped via USPS Priority mail by default, which includes tracking and varies between 1-4 business days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Julie & Grace Jewelry is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders usually take 7-14 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!

RUSH ORDERS

We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! If you need a rush order please contact us at julie@julieandgracejewelry.com  before placing the order and we will work with you when possible.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of order being placed.
